The bond opens the door

Give them something
to see themselves in.

A Marine can care deeply about fellow Marines and still need a clear reason to make room for a recurring meeting on the calendar.

That is a fair question. Work, family and life already ask a lot. Your detachment earns a continuing place through clear purpose, real relationships, meaningful work and respect for time.

The welcome is more than a friendly hello. Help someone picture a real person they could know, a cause they could support and a part they could play.

The questions behind “Will I come back?”

  • Purpose

    What are we accomplishing?
    Why does this cause matter?

  • A place

    Where do I fit?
    What will I actually do?

  • Real life

How much time will it take?
How does it fit with work and family?

  • A future

Is there a meaningful future here?
    Can I help shape it?

Clear answers make the next step easier to choose.

Esprit de corps. With a next step.

A Detachment You’re Proud
to Bring Someone Into.

Honor the experience already in the room. Make room for the people who will carry it forward.

Experienced members bring history, relationships and hard-earned judgment. New members bring their own skills, ideas and energy. Connect them with purpose and mutual respect.

When people understand the mission, know someone they can call and see how their contribution matters, inviting another Marine becomes a more confident, personal act.

Carry forwardExperience.
Traditions.
Relationships.
Make room forNew ideas.
Shared responsibility.
A future together.

One willing guide.
One clear next step.
A welcome your team can repeat.

A few clear answers

Before you start.

No marketing department needed.
Just a practical place to begin.

Who is this for?

Marine Corps League detachment leaders and the members who help welcome guests. The leadership plan is for your team; the other two handouts support the new member’s experience.

What does it cost?

The three-document kit is free. There is no purchase required to put it into practice.

Do I have to answer the detachment questions?

No. The six contact fields are required. The questions about your detachment are optional; skipping them does not change your access to the three documents.

Where should we start?

Leadership starts with the thirty-day plan. Prepare the local details in the New Member Success Plan, and have the meeting guide ready for a guest’s first visit.

Can we add our detachment’s details?

Yes. The New Member Success Plan and meeting guide include fillable local fields. Check the people, activities, joining steps and agenda against what your detachment actually offers.

Do we need marketing experience or Digital HQ?

No. Your own people carry out the plan. Digital HQ is an optional next conversation for help running inquiry capture, follow-up, communication and leadership handoffs consistently. The kit is useful on its own.
