Who we are and how to contact us
Geek Heros LLC operates geekheros.com. This notice describes information handled through the public website, Clarity Score quiz, inquiries, and related follow-up. For questions or privacy requests, email contact@geekheros.com. Our business is based in Chicagoland, Illinois, USA. Client service processing may also be covered by a separate agreement.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, we receive your name, business name, email, phone number if provided, website address, and message. The Clarity Score quiz also collects your answers about your business, ideal customer, goals, frustrations, and website, and calculates an overall score, tier, and category scores. Avoid entering sensitive personal information, passwords, payment-card details, or information you lack permission to share.
How we use information
We use submitted information to deliver requested results, answer inquiries, schedule conversations, evaluate service needs, provide agreed services, maintain business records, and protect our systems. We may follow up about your request consistent with applicable law and your choices. We do not treat a supplied phone number, referral link, quiz submission, or acceptance of website terms as permission for marketing texts or automated marketing calls; those require a separate appropriate consent process.
Referral attribution and browser storage
With your optional referral-tracking choice enabled, we use a browser cookie and local storage named gh_attribution_v1 to connect visits and submitted inquiries with a referral or sales representative and campaign. These records can include ref/rep codes, campaign parameters, referring page, landing page, and first/last interaction timestamps. They are kept in your browser until a fixed expiration no later than 90 days after the record is first created; repeat visits do not extend that record's expiration. Expired records are removed and a new record is created only while an Allow choice remains valid. You can decline or clear optional tracking using Privacy choices in the footer. Essential storage needed to remember that choice or support security is separate.
Analytics and outside resources
The current site has no active Google Tag Manager container configured; internal event preparation does not mean a Google Analytics or advertising pixel is active. We will update notices and implement required choices before adding new nonessential tracking. External resources, such as scheduling through Calendly and software icons fetched from Google's favicon service, may receive network information including an IP address when loaded or opened. Their own notices apply to their independent processing.
Service providers and disclosures
Submitted quiz and inquiry information, scores, and permitted attribution details are sent to our HighLevel/LeadConnector customer-management workflow for handling your request and follow-up. Hosting, technical support, communications, and scheduling providers may process information needed for their services. Authorized personnel may access it for those purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information. This statement does not authorize future advertising-data sharing without required notice and choices.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and client records for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, relationship, business records, legal obligations, and dispute handling, then delete or de-identify them as appropriate. Browser attribution has the separate limit above; deleting browser data does not delete an already submitted CRM record. We use reasonable safeguards and restricted access, but no system is perfectly secure. Contact us to ask about deletion or the retention of a particular record; applicable legal holds and required business records may limit deletion.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, ask about its use, or object to or restrict processing where applicable law gives you that right. We may reasonably verify your identity without requesting unnecessary data and will respond under applicable deadlines. Use email unsubscribe links or contact us to stop marketing email; service messages may still be necessary. Tell us through any reasonable channel to stop marketing calls or texts. Where applicable, we honor legally required privacy preference signals and appeal rights. You may contact your relevant regulator without first contacting us.
AI video, images, and recordings
The public site currently has no voice/face upload or AI video-generation feature. Publishing AI-assisted marketing content does not mean we use visitor submissions to train a model or clone a voice. Before collecting a person's voice, likeness, or media for a new AI feature, we will identify the specific purposes and relevant providers and obtain required permissions. Call recording or transcription uses a separate notice and consent process; a website submission is not recording consent.
Children, international access, and changes
Our business site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Contact us if a child has submitted information. Information may be handled in the United States or other locations used by approved providers; mandatory transfer protections apply where required, and website use alone is not a waiver of them. We update this notice when practices change, show the effective date, and give additional notice or obtain consent where required.
