About these terms
Geek Heros LLC operates geekheros.com. These terms govern access to our public website, Clarity Score quiz, and public resources. A separately signed proposal, service agreement, or care plan governs purchased services and controls a conflict on that subject. Website use alone does not place an order, authorize recurring charges, or grant marketing-text consent. Contact us at contact@geekheros.com.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Provide information you are entitled to share and keep it accurate. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, health records, or other sensitive information through general forms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to submit its information and request services.
Clarity Score and resources
The quiz provides an informational assessment based on your answers, not a professional audit or a guarantee of revenue, rankings, accessibility, security, or legal compliance. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review recommendations in context and obtain qualified advice where needed. Submitting a quiz or inquiry lets us respond to that request; it does not by itself authorize automated marketing calls or marketing texts.
Our content and your materials
Geek Heros and its licensors retain rights in the site, brand, resources, software, and other content. You may view and use public resources for their intended purpose, but may not misrepresent authorship, resell protected materials, or remove rights notices without permission. You retain ownership of information you submit and give us the limited permission needed to process it, answer your request, and provide requested services. Ownership of paid deliverables is governed by the signed client agreement.
AI-assisted content and video
We may publish clearly identified AI-assisted illustrations or video. Such content may contain errors and does not establish that a depicted person endorses a service or that a depicted event occurred. The public site currently does not offer voice-cloning, face-model, or AI-video-upload functionality. If we add a feature that uses a person's voice, likeness, or uploaded media, we will provide a specific notice and obtain permissions required for that use before collection. General site use is not permission to clone your voice or likeness.
Third-party services
Scheduling links, embedded services, and external websites may be operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. Any paid third-party service required for a project must be addressed in its service agreement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may update or remove content and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, public informational resources are supplied as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Contractual service warranties and remedies remain governed by your signed agreement.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date and providing additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively. Illinois law applies to the extent lawful, without displacing mandatory protections where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive nonwaivable remedies.
